- Half moon: Begin in a low lunge position with your left foot on the cushion and your right foot extended behind you. Place your left hand on the floor or a block and lift your right arm up towards the ceiling, stacking your shoulders and hips on top of each other. Hold for several breaths before switching sides.
- Bridge: Lie on your back with your feet on the cushion and your knees bent. Lift your hips up towards the ceiling, engaging your glutes and core to keep your body in a straight line. Hold for several breaths before lowering back down to the starting position.
